Artistic Director & instructor Colly Van Stiphout teaches tap, jazz, hip hop, and cheer throughout the Northwest and has done so for over 25 years. She places a high value on confidence building and talent development of young dancers.  Colly is also a professional model, make-up artist, and choreographer.

Colly has performed professionally throughout the Pacific Northwest, California, and Japan. Colly was also a professional cheerleader and Mrs. Oregon 2000.

Renowned choreographer Terry Brock has a diverse background in dance including multiple choreographic works and an international performing career.

Terry is currently a valued member of the Arts and Communications Magnet Academy dance staff.

Maddie Engen has studied at the Arts and Communication High School, and has trained extensively in New York and Los Angeles.
